Are you looking for a way to send messages to your clients? to perhaps share some information with them before the meeting? The NeetoCal Messages feature let's you do exactly that.
You can send a message through the Messages tab or by replying to the mails you receive from NeetoCal. And your clients will receive these messages directly in their mail inbox.
But that's not all, it get's much better. Your clients can send messages back to you by replying to the emails they receive from NeetoCal.
Let's see how. When your client makes a booking, you can view the booking from the "Bookings" tab. Once you select a booking, you'll see a Messages tab, within the booking.
As a yoga instructor let's say I want to remind my client John, to have a yoga mat ready for the session. I can simply send them a message here. "Hey John, just a reminder to have a yoga mat for the session.". and hit send.
Now in John's inbox you can see, an email here with the Message from the host.
John can send a message back, by replying to this email. This can be done by clicking reply, and typing in the message. Yes, thank you for the reminder."
Back on the host's side, you can see the message sent by John. Now this message will also be received as an email on the host's inbox.
Now things get a little tricky when Oliver has multiple clients and wants to communicate with all them. For this, NeetoCal has a dedicated section for "Messages" over here, on the sidebar. Here you'll be able to see all the Message you have sent and received from your clients. You can directly send messages from here as well, by clicking on a conversation, and typing out the message.
That's not the only way you can send messages as a host, You can send a message by replying to any mail send by NeetoCal. These mails can be confirmation, reminder or any previous message email. As long as it's sent by NeetoCal, replying to these mails will send your message to the client.
To summarize, as the host you have two options to send messages, you can send messages from the Messages tab, under each booking on the NeetoCal website OR you can directly reply any email sent from NeetoCal. The hosts will be able to view the messages from clients on the booking page as well as through email.
Clients however, will receive these messages through email, and they can send messages to the host by replying to a mail they receive from NeetoCal.
