Change Scheduled to Payment scheduled
Create a tag/pill shaped UI
Add info icon next to the tag/pill, which will show the message on hover
Once email is sent, change status to Payment pending
Once payment is made, change status to Paid
We can colour code it, Grey for scheduled payment, yellow for pending, green for paid.

Do we need to add extra state from Scheduled to Pending to Paid, current is only Scheduled to Paid
If only 1 state, let's change it to Payment pending. But I would recommend 2 states, because host will see message that email "will be" sent, with no confirmation of whether it's sent.
Hover message for Payment pending state: Payment is pending. We have sent an email regarding the payment information to the client.
