Recurring meetings video script

The recurring meetings feature allows clients to book the same meeting every week at the same time. For example, a therapist might want to see her patient at the same time once a week for the next six weeks. Another example is someone taking guitar lessons once a week for the next eight weeks.

Here's how you can allow your clients to book recurring meetings.

First select the meeting link.

And navigate to the configure tab. Here you'll find a card for recurring meetings.

To accept recurring meetings simply enable the toggle switch.

Let's open up the booking page and take a look at what the client sees.

Once they've selected a date and time. They'll have the option to make this a recurring meeting.

If the client decides to select NO, the booking will continue as a normal single booking.

If the client selects YES, they can configure the recurring meeting based on their preferences.

Clients can chose the frequency of the meeting. It can be once a week or multiple times a week.

If "Once a week" is chosen, the client can book meetings on the same time every week.

The client can also set the number of weeks for which the meeting should repeat here.

If they change it to 8, we can see 8 meetings here at the same time for the next 8 weeks.

If "Multiple slots a week" is chosen, the client can fit more than one slot in a week.

They can select a day here, let's say thursday, and set the time as well. Now there will be bookings on these 2 slots each week, for the next 8 weeks.

Sometimes the host will not be available on certain slots. In such cases the client will see this message.

The client can change the slot, by clicking the change slot button, to select a new time slot.

Now can you set payments for recurring meetings? You absolutely can.

Let's take a look at how it works.

While making the booking, the client can add their card information. And the client will be charged only 48 hours before the meeting is scheduled to start.

These future time slots will be pre-booked, meaning that others cannot book for these slots. And once the payment is made, the pre-booking becomes a confirmed booking.

If payment fails, NeetoCal promptly emails the client about the payment issue. The email would have a link to make the payment using any other card. Once the client makes the payment, the booking is confirmed, allowing the scheduled meeting to proceed as planned.

However, if the payment remains unresolved, NeetoCal will email the client until the free cancellation period is reached. When the free cancellation period is reached, NeetoCal will cancel this pre-booking, and that time slot will be open for someone else to schedule a meeting.

You can cancel or reschedule any particular meeting or series of recurring meetings without affecting the rest.

And that's everything about the recurring meetings feature.
