It could be very frustrating if the slots you expect to be available are not available. If you appear unavailable when you are free, follow the troubleshooting checklist given below.
1. Check your timezone
Ensure that your time zone is correctly set up. Click on your name at the bottom left corner. Then click on My Profile. Now, you should see your time zone. If your timezone is not correct, then change your timezone.
2. Check your availability
Make sure that you have correctly configured your availabilities. To set up your availability correctly, refer to this article.
3. Check for availability overrides
Ensure that no overrides affect the specific slot you’re trying to book. To learn more about availability overrides, please read this article.
4. Troubleshoots your slots
You can use the troubleshooting feature to determine the reason why a slot is not available.
Here's how you can troubleshoot your slots :
Make sure you are logged into NeetoCal.
Select the meeting you link to troubleshoot, and open a preview of the booking page.
Click on the Start troubleshooting button.
Select the date, and scroll down to the time slot you want to troubleshoot.
You can hover on the help icon to find out why the slot is not available.
